Intro Blog 3: Eclectic Jamboree

  Hello Mr. Cambridge Person! My name is Isaac and I am from Hollywood Florida. I was born on June 12, 2008, only 2 days after my mom. I have now finished my commercial! Now, we can move on to the music video. I LOVE cats, especially black cats and tuxedo cats. I have two cats, named Leo and Dobby, after the ninja turtle and after the house elf from Harry Potter. They're both 8, but they are still very active and very silly. My favorite online cat is Maxwell, who is a small black and white tuxedo cat with fluffy fur, and he sits like a loaf of bread. I also really like red pandas, because they are very smart and they act a lot like humans.

    My favorite sport is soccer, or football as most people (correctly) call it. My favorite club is Chelsea, even though it upsets me to see how much they spend to get a mid-table finish. I also like Brighton and Hove Albion and Newcastle because of how exciting they are to watch. I also like Newcastle because Aleksander Isak has the same name as me, or close enough. I am also huge a fan of professional wrestling, and I watch AEW every Wednesday. One of my favorite wrestlers is Orange Cassidy, because he's funny to me and his character development is fascinating. Another one of my favorites is Kenny Omega, because he is a very good wrestler, and when he was evil, his character was very cool to me. He also wrestled for many months with a dislocated shoulder, vertigo from a head injury, and many other injuries, which made me like him even more. Kenny Omega and Orange Cassidy are both tied for my favorite wrestler. Finally, my third favorite wrestler is Konosuke Takeshita, because he is so fast that it is scary, and he makes all of his attacks look devastating.

    I am learning to play bass, and I have lessons every Saturday. I want to be able to make my own music one day, but I am very far from being able to do that. My instructor is a big fan of obscure progressive rock bands from the 1970s, so I mostly play songs by bands like Electric Light Orchestra, Yes, and Ambrosia. The hardest song I know is Kamikaze by Ambrosia, and I still struggle playing it because of how fast it is and where the bass needs to play. While I do like the songs he has me play, I am much more into psychedelic rock, like the Beatles and Pink Floyd, although I tend to listen to all genres of music. My favorite modern artist is Declan McKenna, and I have listened to his album Zeros more time than I can count. It's probably in my top ten favorite albums right now.

Peer Review: Editing and Almost Done!

      Welcome back, Cambridge, to the final blog before you can see the actual project. The only thing we have left is to edit the changes suggested by our peer, and then we will have a finished movie. The first thing we had to do was to make the text more visible. This was more difficult than expected because the backgrounds that the credits were on changed a lot. This meant that we couldn't simply make it one color because basically any color we chose to stick out in one scene would blend in at another scene. We also wanted to make sure the credits were uniform to appear more professional, and as to not shock the viewer with different text colors. Its also a bad idea to change something like that without a narrative reason, and we didn't have any reason to change the colors other than needing the text to stand out.
